Last Friday, the Boyle Software family of New York City cooked up a fun festive evening of Italian cuisine. Together the staff, clients, and friends rolled up their sleeves for a hands-on Italian cooking class at Rustico Cooking.
Following the clear direction of chefs Robby Jay, Caitlyn, and Lauren we set off on our quest to learn and prepare a delicious meal for us all to enjoy. Our taste buds arose to attention with yummy appetizers and vino.
We split into teams to get the feast started. The chefs’ clear direction and helpful hints allowed us to feel confident in the kitchen. Best tasting dish was a TIE: Butternut Squash & Leek Risotto v. Molten Chocolate Cakes with Chocolate Sauce & Vanilla-Scented Whipping Cream… each SIMPLY DIVINE!
Dan raised a toast to a wonderful year. It was great to be together and for everyone to meet the recent additions to the Boyle Software team.
