On Friday evening, July 28th, a good number of Boyle Software’s New York City team gathered at Mia Chef Gelato in Manhattan to share some time and beverages together – and to learn how to make some delicious and refreshing gelato! Chef Jason walked us through the ingredients and science behind the popular Italian ice cream – including the use of the $25,000 Carpigiani gelato machine!
We ended up with four delectable flavors to take home and devour: French Vanilla, Cookies & Cream, Chocolate, and Dark Chocolate. It’s always a good time to get the team together for some after-hours fun, and this had the added bonus of a freezerful of sweet, creamy gelato for all who attended…
