Oracle released Java SE 10 today – March 20, 2018. This is the first release under their new six-month release schedule. Lots of good, new stuff in there, such as a consolidated JDK environment, new local variable types and application data class sharing. Exciting!

At the time, the company knew that in order to serve customers in Europe, it would need a base there. So, in October 1980, Apple opened a factory in Cork, Ireland with 60 employees.
